Dr. Greg Higgins

Jon Van Ravenswaay, MD
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Van Ravenswaay spent his childhood in rural Alaska and attended UAA for his undergraduate education. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and completed medical school (University of Washington School of Medicine) and residency (Ventura Family Medicine Residency) to train in broad-spectrum family medical care. After residency, he worked at a busy urgent care in California, serving families of agricultural workers. In 2018, Dr. Van Ravenswaay moved his family back to Alaska to start Mountain View Urgent Care – offering low-barrier medical care to all. Dr. Van Ravenswaay is married and has two children. He enjoys hiking and playing musical instruments.

Srikanth Malladi, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Malladi is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and was an ophthalmologist in India before coming to the US. He brings a wealth of medical and administrative experience and a big heart for service. He previously served as Head of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety for his residency program. He is married and enjoys cooking, writing music, and getting out into the Alaskan outdoors. Dr. Malladi is also fluent in Hindi.

Anneliese Petersen, MD
Street Outreach Coordinator
Dr. Petersen was born and raised in Chicago. She attended Medical School in Detroit at Wayne State University, and then moved to Anchorage to pursue full-spectrum Family Medicine training. She is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and a graduate of the Alaska Family Medicine Residency Program. She has a special interest in community service and homeless outreach, having led a volunteer Street Medicine program while living in Detroit. Here in Anchorage, she also loves spending time outdoors with her husband and her pup.

Marsha "Jan" Eidlebach
Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor
Jan Eidlebach has 30+ years of experience in the behavioral health field including providing mental health therapy and supervision. She is a masters level addiction counselor and serves as the clinical supervisor for our behavioral health services as well as providing one-on-one counseling and crisis management for our patients. We are blessed to have her cumulation of over 30+ years of therapeutic expertise at work for our patients.

Osburt "John" Lorenzo
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
John has over 15 years of experience as a social worker. He has experience with counseling, case management, administration of programs, and crisis management. His desire is to serve those who need care the most and is available on Monday and Tuesdays for appointments and walk-in visits.
